From North - A42 & Ashby de la Zouch
  1. Leave the A42 sign posted Ashby A511
  2. At roundabout take the 4th exit onto the A511 (signposted Leicester, Coalville)
  3. At next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Stephenson Way - A511 (signposted Leicester, M1)
  4. At next roundabout (KFC on your left and McDonalds on your right) go straight ahead on the 2nd exit onto Stephenson Way - A511 (signposted Leicester, M1)
  5. At next roundabout go straight ahead on the 2nd exit onto Stephenson Way - A511 (signposted Leicester, M1)
  6. Continue forward on Stephenson Way - A511. Entering Coalville
  7. Approach crossroads controlled by traffic lights and proceed straight over keeping on A511 (signposted Leicester, M1)
  8. At small roundabout take the 1st exit onto Bardon Road - A511 (signposted Leicester, M1)
  9. At next roundabout, passing the Birch Tree pub on your left, take the 1st exit onto Bardon Road - A511 (signposted Leicester, M1)
  10. At next roundabout controlled by traffic lights, take the 2nd exit onto Beveridge Lane - B585 (signposted Ellistown, Nailstone)
  11. At next roundabout in approximately 400 yards, take the 4th exit, coming back on yourself onto Beveridge Lane - B585 (signposted Coalville)
  12. Immediately after ‘Charnwood Fencing’ on your left, turn left onto Cartwright Way.
  13. Follow Cartwright Way for approximately 300 yards, passing Wilson Bowden Developments offices on the left.
  14. At the end of this road, turn left into the car park at Cartwright Court.
From M1 north and south bound
  1. Leave the M1 at junction 22, Markfield then at M1 roundabout take A511 northwards (signposted Ashby, Coalville)
  2. At next roundabout go straight ahead on the 2nd exit onto the A511 (signposted Coalville, Ashby) passing the Flying Horse BP garage on your left.
  3. At next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Beveridge Lane - B585 (signposted Ellistown, Nailstone)
  4. At next roundabout in approximately 300 yards take the 4th exit, coming back on yourself, onto Beveridge Lane - B585 (signposted Coalville)
  5. Immediately after ‘Charnwood Fencing’ and before 'The Charnwood Arms' on your left, turn left onto Cartwright Way.
  6. Follow Cartwright Way for approximately 300 yards, passing Wilson Bowden Developments offices on the left.
  7. At the end of this road, turn left into the car park at Cartwright Court.
